The Stylist Of The Stylists: How Lori Fudens Helps Other Stylists To Accelerate Learn And Prosper.

Looking and feeling good are synonymous with each other. If we look good, we feel good, and vice versa. One way that we can enhance our self-confidence is by going to stylists who know their way around the trade. But with stylists preoccupied with making us look and feel good, then who’s going to do the same for them? The answer can be found in another stylist: Lori Fudens.
How it All Started For Lori “
I started as a hairstylist because I love making people look and feel great about themselves. I started training others to be great hairstylists to work in my salon company but learned that passing along knowledge and helping others was the heartbeat of what I am really great at,” she said. Lori wanted to start a branded and more formal training program outside of her own one-on-one sessions when she started getting more requests for classes that teach the principles of hair color, styling, and more. “I saw so many new stylists that were graduating beauty school and didn’t have the tools, or knowledge needed for the skill and self-confidence to build a good hair career. So when I was teaching salons as a brand educator I saw a bigger need and a huge gap in our industry,” she said. Seeing as how hairdressers are always learning, she began the Infinity Training Center which is getting ready to launch the Hairstylist Accelerator Program so Lori can help stylists outside of her physical area through digital training. “I believe if you have a great thing, ( product or service) and you truly give to others who need it and you help people selflessly and give way more than expected, it comes back,” she said. Influenced by Great People Looking and feeling good are synonymous with each other. If we look good, we feel good, and vice versa. Influenced by Great People As she was creating her own brand, Lori has received inspiration from many people such as her co-workers, business associates, and partners. She also credits her mother who passed 20 years ago. Lori also said that she’s influenced by the leaders at Loreal and Redken, and the resources there, as well as other great leaders in the salon industry today such as Michael Cole, Beth Minardi, Daniel Mason Jones, Sam Villa, Maria Fontana, Britt Seva, and many others. But aside from the positive influence that she receives from mentors and business leaders such as Grant Cardone, John Maxwell, Jesse Itzler, Brandon Dawson, Jason Everette, and Natalie Workman, Lori also credits her own experiences to become the person she is today. I have made lots of mistakes and I’m not too proud to admit that. My lessons have come from that as well as mistakes I have seen others make. This past year allowed me to re-align with my HUGE passion of doing what I love while passing it along to others and finding real ways to scale that in order to help more stylists beyond just one on one.
